Pork Butt & St. Louis Ribs Sat 3/9 2pm
Whiskey Bent BBQCome and learn from the best, Chad Ward! He will be teaching you everything from how to select the best cuts of meat, to how to prep & cook the juiciest pork. The menu will consist of pork butt, St. Louis ribs, jalapeno popper potato salad, and bacon & pimento cheese corn muffins. Enjoy a taste of each item as they come off the grill.
